Erin Warr serves as Ernstrom & Dreste LLP’s Office Manager, providing leadership and responsibility for the overall management and strategic direction of the firm including Financial, Human Resources, Communications and Organizational operations, Business Ethics, Facilities and overall legal industry business management.

Erin is a career legal professional, with two decades as Office Manager at other respected law firms prior to joining Ernstrom & Dreste. Starting as a receptionist, Erin’s talents and acumen were quickly recognized as she advanced to Legal Assistant and then to Office Manager, where she excelled and expanded her legal management expertise.

Erin’s experience in the legal industry is thus broad and deep, encompassing both direct client-facing duties and business administration obligations, including human resources, accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, supplies, firm marketing and communication, and development and facilitation of firm volunteer projects. Her vast and proficient skill set, and her positive professional energy, inform Erin’s demonstrated leadership, financial, and administrative capabilities to successfully manage the business of the firm with the highest of standards.

Membership and experience in the Association of Legal Administrator (ALA) helps Erin be at the forefront of the issues impacting the business of legal practice. ALA is the premier professional association connecting leaders and managers within the legal industry. The organization provides extensive professional development, collaborative peer communities, strategic operational solutions, and business partner connections empowering its members to lead the business of law.
